Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your mymemo account and everything stored with it. This page explains how to request it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Send an e-mail to support@mymemo.cloud
with the subject Delete my account.
Send it from the e-mail address the account itself uses. That is how we confirm the request is really yours. A request arriving from any other address cannot be actioned — we would have no way to tell it apart from someone else asking us to delete your notes.
If you sign in with Google, use the Google address you sign in with.
We reply to confirm before anything is removed.
What is deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes:
- your account and sign-in details, including any linked Google identity;
- every entry, note, task and reminder you created;
- your categories, subtags and saved locations;
- photos, videos and other files you attached;
- voice recordings and their transcripts;
- your credit balance and usage history;
- device registrations used to deliver reminder notifications.
We action confirmed requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep before you ask.
Keeping your account, deleting some data
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove individual entries, attachments or recordings — you can delete those yourself in the app or in the web app at any time.
